Tariffs Won't Eliminate Deficits, Cause Self-Inflicted Wounds: IMF Chief
Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Christine Lagarde, has said that imposing import tariffs won't eliminate trade deficits and will cause "potentially self-inflicted wounds".
